Ticket types
Fares are set by the organiser of each trip; below are the ones on sale now. Refund terms and the number of seats per ticket are shown with each of them.
Bilet normalny

Bilet ulgowy
- · Bilety ulgowe przysługują osobom od 4 do 18 roku życia.

Bilet rodzinny
- · 4 miejsca w jednym bilecie, w tym minimum jedna osoba uprawniona do biletu ulgowego lub bezpłatnego (do 4 r. ż.).

Refunds and changes
Refunding a ticket
Refund terms are set by the trip organiser — you will find them next to the prices on the trip page and in the details of the ticket you bought. A ticket can also be transferred to another person: just change the passenger details in your account and the new ticket will arrive by e-mail.
Cancelled trip
If we cancel the trip, the refund is full and automatic — including add-on services — within three business days.
